Welcome to the acne I'm gonna talk to you about hormonal acne ah now the deal with this acne is that it had can happen to anyone anytime anyhow you can get it in your teens like me or you can get it when you're pregnant or you can get it in your late 40s you can happen to you all of us it's crazy the reason why you have hormonal acne is because there's an imbalance in your body any form of change in your body actually make sure hormones go crazy basically when you have your period or obviously when you have your baby there's a change in your body especially when you when you're growing up the growth spurt changes as well and that's why your body and your skin and me everything affects it so like for example your oil glands become more effective and more prominent around the time when heavy period that's why we have breakouts and especially we are more receptive to foods that we eat it becomes more sensitive so that's why I want to share with you some tips that you can incorporate into your daily life that can help control the break out so it doesn't go crazy at its worst tip

1. Exercise yes that's as easy as it is exercise because when you exercise your body produces homocore endorphins not only does it make you happy but it also controls the other bad hormones so it's kind of balancing it out so obviously when you have your period you can't really exercise that much but try to incorporate exercise into your daily life so try at least walk 2040 minutes a day anything to keep that blood flowing and keeping your pores clean as well so do that throughout the week not just your period time

Drinking heaps of water I've stressed so many times how important this is because not only does it flush out all the toxins it allows your skin and your body your hair nails everything do its thing because water it provides 80% of everything in our body alright next one is sleeping regulating your sleep is very important I always find that when I what I have a more regular pattern of sleep so for example I sleep from 10 p.m. to say 6 a.m. in the morning every day like this for a whole week my body seems to be more calm and my skin is more intact everything else is going well as soon as I have one or two night that I'm staying up really late my skin everything goes crazy because your hormones are thinking what is happening with your body so try to regulate your sleep patterns more often and try to rest well the next thing is very very important and it's just don't stress stress is probably one of the key problems to all problems it is it can cause your illness it can cause your hair loss it can cause you everything you breakouts it's probably one of the biggest cause of stress and also when you stress your body produces the same hormones that when you have your period so therefore it's kind of making the problem worse because you're creating more hormones for the bad hormones to grow more and I know when you have pimples that's gonna stress job because you're stressed oh my god it's gonna look so ugly don't stress about that okay we have one thing that could always solve all the problems is makeup and yes guys wear makeup too it's fine they try to de-stress and if you want to find different ways to de-stress the funny thing about acne is that there is a specific point for a specific acne hence I'm I can't go through all of them with you but I can show you there are two points that you can definitely try then not only helps to with everything but also helps to detox the body so the first point is this point here right between your thumb and your index finger put a little here and this helps not only with with headaches dizziness stomach problems acne like everything this is the pressure point and with this one try to massage it for 30 times to 50 times just probably whenever you have time I win the bathroom you know like the pressure points right underneath your jawline it's there's actually like a gap right between your jaw and your neck make sense right here and you just massage the sides because it's actually where the lymph nodes is and that's where you need to detox so similarly this area helps to drain out all the toxins and it helps to clear the skin especially on your face so it's really important and I should do this one about 50 times as well and this helps me drain any like water retention for my double chin so I'll love this point I just wanted to say that remember don't stress too much about the acne breakouts if you are experiencing really severe breakouts please go see a doctor because I'm sure they will have something that can help at least comment before you can find anything else to you know regulate it so this is something that you can incorporate or add on to whatever you're taking already for your acne problems I hope this was helpful...
