As you can probably see from the title below i share with you my beauty secrets on how to whiten your teeth naturally so quickly let's go into why do we get yellow teeth and what if some people have natural yellow teeth even though you floss you've used mouthwash use whitening toothpaste you pump it down a ton of other things but your teeth is just generally more yellow than others so there are two type of stains intrinsic and extrinsic the extra sixteens are usually stains that are brought onto your teeth like post you know eating or from a diet especially if you have excess amounts of coffee or tea or consume a lot of brown or dark colored foods things with soy sauce in it also things like red wine fruit teas blueberries and if you are smoking what's worse is they're also type of food that doesn't have any pigments at all like soda water soft drinks lemon juice things like that those actually erode your enamel and actually causes your teeth to go yellow more easily and there are the intrinsic stains which are usually kind of brought on to you at a really young age there are also some prescription-strength mouth washes that causes your teeth to go yellow ok so now that we're in formal backstories and those are the foods that you try to avoid let's talk about what are the foods that you can eat or use to help whiten your teeth naturally1. Banana skin especially the ones with the black dots on it as we know bananas are grown from nature so it doesn't have all the harsh chemicals as you will find in like a mouthwash or a bleach because bananas are full of vitamins and minerals and also contains a ton of magnesium and potassium it's easier for the teeth to actually absorb these natural products so what you would do after consuming a banana you can use banana skin and rub it gently on your teeth and wait for about 10 minutes before you actually go and brush your teeth if you repeat this day and night you probably will see results within the first month
2. Dairy products recent studies have found that both milk and yogurt contains a ton of minerals that actually help white your teeth naturally now these minerals contain calcium and process which actually help to avoid acidic erosion in your novel
3. Strawberries don't be fooled by the reddish color it actually contains malic acid which acts as an astringent to get rid of the surface stain on your teeth and kind of gives you teeth like this polish shine
4. Apple they say an apple a day keeps the dentists away that's right after eating a whole meal if you have an apple it not only washes away all the surface stains it actually gets in between the teeth to get rid of all the tata apples also contain malic acid but it also has high levels of vitamin C which we know can brighten your teeth as well

Lemon so besides malic acid citric acid is also very helpful in polishing away your teeth and get rid of the tartar stains however I don't suggest using this very often so I will probably add a bit of lemon into your water but don't drink this religiously every day I probably do this once or twice a week
6. Baking soda now think of this one as your toner what it does it actually enhances the effects of both the citric and the malic acid so what I do is grab half a teaspoon of baking soda you can either squeeze in a couple of drops of lemon juice or maybe apple juice and then you mix it into a paste you apply this onto your teeth and you leave it for about five minutes now I don't recommend doing this every day so no more than three times a month so besides all these foods you can eat of course there are other options to whiten your teeth like oil pulling or their even professional-grade teeth whitening sets and things like that so definitely don't be afraid to try these out if none of this works for you as usual...
