How to improve eyesight see eyes are the window to your soul you need your eyes for like everything and I'm sorry to that because there's a lot of people who are born genetically blind and that is just very unfortunate but it just also is a great asset and feature on your face as well

Today's society we are always constantly on our phones or we're part of the computer at work or we're on our laptops and iPads or we're like just you know an environment where like there's just a lot of pollution and it's air conditioning and it's heater and all that crazy stuff sometimes your diet your lifestyle just life choices in general it can also affect your eyes as well there are things that we can control and that's what I wanted to share with you today on some of the things that we should be aware of but also what foods and pressure points that can help improve your eyesight so like I say prevention better than cure so the very first thing I would like to suggest is guys to try your best to reduce the time that you use on your iPhone or your iPad's or your laptops and things like that especially at night time when you're about to go to bed and your room is dark and all you have is your phone light up that is terribly bad for your eyes so never do that

2. Sleep more as I said the golden hours of 11 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. is the best time to sleep because that helps your body to rejuvenate but also helps repair your eyes as well so the longer you sleep the longer you close your eyes the better it is for your eyes in general because it keeps it hydrated it rejuvenates but also at the same time it protects your eyes as well

3. Drink a ton of water so eyes like the rest of our body is made up of majority water so we need to drink a lot of water to keep hydrated not only just for our body before our eyes as well so make sure you drink at least you know 2 liters of water per day so drink 10 cups

4. Posture because posture affects a lot of thing not just your died aboard your confidence but also affects your eyes or because the position that you you are when you're sitting down and when you're looking at your iPad your phone your books it does affect your eyesight so make sure that you correct your posture whether you're doing a posture exercise or whether you're the stand against the wall five minutes a day or whether you're just trying to reduce the pain that you have on your back so make sure you have a great posture and last but not least is prevention which means when you go outside especially in a hot summer day make sure you wear sunglasses even when you don't see the Sun the UVA is the UV Bea's from the Sun is still going to affect the eyes so make sure you do wear sunglasses when you go out to Sun especially going to go to the beach and things like that were super sunny and bright so now let's move on to the foods that we should be eating to help improve our eyesight there's a saying where your eyes are our reflection of your liver health and therefore you need to make sure that you take care of your liver because your eyes are directly related to that so avoid eating foods that will damage your liver like spicy food I know really really sad deep fried food I know still very sad greasy food and then you've got the usual toxins like alcohol and cigarettes let's talk about what kind of foods you should be eating to improve your liver first and foremost is liver I know it sounds terrible but does it say like sugar and bulgur which means to eat liver to help improve your liver so try you know and and have some of that beef pork and chicken liver I know it sounds terrible but there's a lot of ways that especially in some cooking that make it taste really good the reason why a liver is because it contains a ton of vitamin A is which is helps to protect your eyes it is your first line of defense it helps to fight off any infections so eating liver is actually beneficial if you're not a liver eating person that's okay you can also have a vegetarian option which is carrots I know you guys heard about the saying whether your mom told you or some sort of like Asian maidens myth about rabbits who in a ton of you know carrots I have really good eyes because they can see at nighttime basically it's true because carrots also contain a lot of a lot of vitamin A and other nutrients that helps to improve your eyesight number three is broccoli broccoli contains a ton of vitamin C which helps the body to form and maintain connect tissues which includes the collagen in the corner of the eye number four obviously if you're not a broccoli person you can also try oranges or kiwi fruit because they also contain ton of vitamin C and actually really tasty too

5. Nuts which includes almonds hazelnuts and even peanuts basically the old contain vitamin 8 which helps to protect the eyes from free radicals and prevent cataracts as well number six leafy green vegetables and that includes kale broccoli spinach things like that because it contains this two type of Katerine oils which are very essential in the health of your eye so not only does it help to improve your eyesight but it also improves the details of what your eyes can see so it's pretty much like helps to see everything in macro better there's also a very famous tea that you can drink religiously and this is a calf or Muller that's been passed down from generations to generations and not just that but it also helps to prove your general health so this is very simple to make all you need is goji berries and red dates so you just pop it all in a cup and then you pour with hot water and just drink that religiously or we can do is and get a flask or get a water bottle and just put those ingredients in there and just pour it with warm to hot water and you just drink that throughout the day as well because that is like a recipe for not only good eyesight but just good health in general so now that we talked about the foods let's move on to the pressure points and two exercises that you can do to not only help your eyes in general but also improves your eyesight in the long run when you're working constantly long hours try and make sure that you take a ten minute break in between every time you do a 15-minute read or work that you that you know needs or requires your eyes to be in full concentration look out further away so nothing in front of you but really far away and that helps to basically readjust your eyes and also improve the eyes from lino just basically you know exercising the muscles around the eyes as well so that's why a lot of times an offer you see

The people are typing away on the computers and then they'll look at the window and they'll look far far away in the distance like they're daydreaming actually they're doing eye exercises so make sure you do them that will improve your eyes on a daily basis another thing you can do is this is a very weird thing but did you know that rolling back your eyes is actually good for your eyes yes what you can do is before you go to bed or maybe just whenever your eyes are feeling tired close them and then look back towards your brain to exercise the muscles around the eyes and also improve your eyes at the same time so whenever your eyes feel tired or you want to roll your eyes or someone but you don't want them to know you can do that while closing eyes and you can tell them that you're actually doing an eye exercise now I'm going to show you six pressure points around the eyes that you can massage daily or basically anytime that your eyes are really sore in the long run it just feels really good too so it helps relax your body relax yourself de-stress declutter it just like a way of meditation but like with your eyes so the very first pressure point is also my favorite is the one underneath your brow bone right next to your nose and this one you just massage clockwise and then anti-clockwise thirty times this is so relaxing it just relaxes your whole eyes and it makes you sleepy and just you can fall asleep right away I'd really really like this pressure point now the second one is actually in a tear duct in this one you can actually massage your tear duct and this one helps produce more I guess I juices for your eyes so helps to hydrate the eyes and make your eyes more hydrated and watery and it protects your eyes that way so this is definitely great for tired eyes good for eyes I wear a lot of contacts you're constantly in air conditioning or heat or this is great for that dry tired eyes the next one is actually above your eyebrows and it's right above the pupil so this pot here right here just press down firmly and you also mess out clockwise and anti-clockwise 30 times and you'll also feel a little bit of sourness happening and this is a really good pressure point for basically relaxing your eyes and exercising all of that muscles around the eyes as well

The next one is actually at the tip of your eyebrows so basically what your eyebrow is supposed to end is a little bit of a hollowness here and you just press down firmly on those two points and you can also massage clockwise and there anti-clockwise this is really really close to basically your temples so not only is it good for your eyes but also good for relaxing the your brain the next one is actually on the outer corners of the eyes and it's just at the end of where your socket is so if you can fill that bone just on the outer socket it's actually just right there on the corners this one is good for especially when your eyes are really strained from looking at a certain direction or looking at a certain thing for a long time this is so good and also when you press it down it kind of feel a little bit weird like it has this like a weird sensation where it's kind of in between a bit of a sourness but also like a weird funny bone type of feeling so don't press down too hard but just enough tension to release that tightness and that tension in this area the last one is actually right underneath your eyes so where you have dark circles especially whether the most hollows part on the bottom of your eyes and that's where a lot of times you get eye bags formation and a lot of dark circles because it's not a blood flowing through here this point is great for improving the blood circulation around the eyes and it's also great for getting rid of dark circles puffiness tie-dyes and all of the above so if you want to massage this it's a little bit sore but it's actually so good for the overall health of your eyes so do this for about 30 seconds or what you can do is massage clockwise 30 seconds and then anti-clockwise studies seconds random tip you can actually help improve eyesight in children by massaging their earlobes because apparently is pressure point in the ears that actually connects to your eyes
