How to Get Glowing Skin?
Glowing skin this summer. So glowing skin happens from the inside out.
First thing to remember is proper diet. You need to have lots of anti oxidants in your diet that will help counteract UV damage. Now what's UV Damage? UV rays are sun rays that basically come in and can cause tanning, pigmentation and other types of epidermal skin damage. So we need to do our level best to prevent that. In order to prevent that I recommend eating lots of oral anti oxidants. So that could mean Vitamin C, that can be goji berry, that could mean anything that is super powered with lots of anti oxidants to help you get better skin. Besides eating anti oxidants there is few changes in your diet that you can do. The first thing is get rid of all white foods. That includes sugar, that includes maida, that includes rice, that includes anything that can increase your blood sugar really really really fast. Thereby triggering a whole hormonal cascade. This hormonal cascade worsens your skin and makes you look dull and tired and even cause acne. So get rid of all the white foods right away. The next thing that you need to do besides changing your diet is change your skin care. For glowing skin the first thing is wear your sun block. The most important thing you can do in your skin routine is sun screen. Sun screen like I told you before protects you against UV rays and any thing you can do to get out of that sun is the best thing for your skin. So wear sun screen and reapply every four hours. The second thing you can do is alpha hydroxy acids. What are alpha hydroxy acids? These are natural derivatives from sugar and milk. What they do is that they help exfoliate that dull darker tanned skin from the top of your skin and exfoliate it so that you get newer skin underneath. This gives you a much better skin tone, this gives you a glow and it gets rid of all that dullness and tanning that you had before. Try and apply this three times a week to start with because it can make your skin a little bit dry and after that you can increase according to how your skin tolerates. The last thing you can do is moisturise. Now I know you guys think that it's summer and I feel really greasy and I shouldn't moisturise, I will get pimples. That's absolutely not true. The more you moisturise the less dry and dull your skin would be. If you feel that you may get greasy just apply maybe a more gel based cream. So that way you get the moisturizer without the grease. This was my topic on glowing skin for you guys...
